Ideate an activity in order to attract new clients and nurture relationships with current clients.

The Sports Event Strategy

To incentivize prospect and current clients, Velvet Media proposed a VIP Moto GP experience at Mugello Grand Prix in June 2018. The Deutsche Bank guests were able to enjoy a unique day at the race track, which included:

  • A meet & greet with Marc Marquez, Danilo Petrucci, and Cal Crutchlow;
  • A visit to the boxes to see all the bikes up close;
  • Reserved access to the best seats to watch the race;
  • The opportunity to watch the departure of the Moto GP from the side of the track (Pit Lane);
  • Networking and mingling occasions at breakfast, lunch, and dinner;
  • Complete access to the open bar;
  • Official merchandising to bring home a memory of the day.
